HMIS Report Training

HMIS Report Training – Running reports from HMIS to obtain information on your agency or program's clients for grant reporting and other purposes

This training is intended for all users with an ART license that wish to learn about running the various reports available on a regular basis.

These include: APR, Data Quality, Emergency Shelters, Transitional Living, and Supportive Housing.

You must have a current ART license to participate.

  • Introduction
  • Navigation and folder structures
  • How to run reports

Audience:

  • Case Manager
  • Shelter Coordinator
  • Quality Control Manager
  • Program Manager
  • Executive Director

Prerequisite(s) & Requirements:

  • Signed HMIS End-User Agreement form
  • is a NH HMIS certified User
  • Agency has purchased or obtained an ART license
  • Attendee is the Executive Director, Program Director, Program Manager or designated staff

Designated staff will be granted ART reporting rights after completing this course on approval of their agency's HMIS Agency Administrator.
